* The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 1.49%, and Small cap index was up by 1.52%.

* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Realty was up by 1.59%, Utilities was up by 1.45%, Capital Goods was up by 2.79%, Energy was up by 1.41%, Oil & Gas was up by 1.54%, and Telecom was up by 3.00%, while, FMCG was down by 0.22%, were top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Tech Mahindra was up by 5.65%, Bajaj Finance was up by 4.21%, Bharti Airtel was up by 3.93%, Bajaj Finserv was up by 3.72%, and TATA Steel was up by 3.27%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were Hindustan Unilever was down by 2.27%, Asian Paint was down by 1.73%, Bajaj Auto was down by 1.32%, and Mahindra & Mahindra was down by 0.27%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 15,824.05 up by 191.95 points or 1.23% after trading in a range of 15,834.80 and 15,726.40. There were 43 stocks advancing and 7 stocks declining.
