* The BSE Sensex ended at 50,363.96 down by 31.12 points or 0.13% after trading in a range of 50,857.98 and 50,289.44. There were 15 stocks advancing and 15 stocks declining on the index.

* The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 0.40%, and Small cap index was up by 0.32%.

* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, FMCG was up by 0.92%, and Telecom was up by 0.99%, while, Utilities was down by 0.29%, Oil & Gas was down by 0.39%, Energy was down by 0.35%, Realty was down by 0.64%, and Capital Goods was down by 0.49%, top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Asian Paint was up by 4.87%, Dr. Reddy was up by 2.44%, Hindustan Unilever was up by 1.48%, HCL Tech was up by 1.43%, and TCS was up by 1.38%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were TATA Steel was down by 1.63%, L&T was down by 1.56%, ICICI Bank was down by 1.38%, SBIN was down by 1.37%, and HDFC Bank was down by 1.07%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 14,910.45 down by 19.05 points or 0.13% after trading in a range of 15,051.60 and 14,890.65. There were 20 stocks advancing and 29 stocks declining and 1 stock unchanged.
