The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 38.44 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 37.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.50 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.71 per cent at Rs 244.44 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 202.51 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.39 per cent to Rs 187.59 crore from Rs 149.60 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 21.13 per cent at Rs 9.00 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 7.43 crore). Operating Profit surged by 7.45 per cent to Rs 56.85 crore as against Rs 52.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.98 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 165.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.93 per cent at Rs 12.58 crore (Mar'21 Rs 12.96 crore).
