PNC Infratech spurts on signing concession agreement with NHAI for HAM project

PNC Infratech is currently trading at Rs. 294.55, up by 7.45 points or 2.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 287.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 298.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 303.80 and Rs. 293.30 respectively. So far 46633 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 395.55 on 13-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 219.35 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 303.80 and Rs. 279.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7365.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.05% and 4.88% respectively.

PNC Infratech has signed concession agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by the Company for implementation of the project of Four Laning of Sonauli -Gorakhpur section of NH-29E from Design Ch. 0+000 to Design Ch. 79+540 on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The bid project cost is Rs 1458 crore. The said project is to be constructed in 24 months, upon declaration of appointed date and operated for 15 years, post construction.
