Technical Outlook:
Nifty (Spot):
Nifty witnessed smart pullback from 16900 level however it is trading near important hurdle of 20-DMA that is currently placed at 17501 level; above this, 17613 will be the next important hurdle. The view is still bullish but volatility can be seen near resistance levels where 17420-17400 will be immediate and intraday demand zone; only below this, we can expect any weakness.
Banknifty (Spot):
Banknifty manages to close above both 20 & 100-DMA that may lead to a shortcovering rally towards the 37700-38000 zone. 37220-37100 will be immediate and intraday demand zone; only below this, we can expect any weakness towards the next support level of 36840.
