Nifty opened on a flat note and witnessed extreme volatility on both sides. However last hour pullback rally led index to end on flat note. Nifty closed at 17535 with a gain of 10 points. On the daily chart the index has formed a Bearish candle with long lower shadow indicating buying support at lower levels. The chart pattern suggests that if Nifty crosses and sustains above 17570 level it would witness buying which would lead the index towards 17660-17780 levels. Important Supports for the day is around 17440 However if index sustains below 17440 then it may witness profit booking which would take the index towards 17350-17200 levels.
