NIFTY HIGHLIGHTS

* Nifty futures closed at 18133.45 on a positive note with -2.33% decrease in open interest and with a price gains of 1.21% indicating Short Covering

* Nifty annualized volatility index India Vix has increased to 15.22% from 15.75% DOWN by -3.37%.

* Bank Nifty futures closed at 38871.35 on a negative note with -8.81% decrease in open interest and a price cut of -1.92% indicating Long Unwinding.

* The open interest position of FII's in Index Futures is at Rs 15,368 increased by 788 Cr and in Stock Futures it is at Rs 1, 35,439 increased by 6,870 Cr

* PCR OI during the week has made a high of 1.16 & low of 0.94 and closed on weekly basis at 1.16 levels.

* PCR OI currently is at 1.16 levels which is above the median line; but in a comfortable zone for positive bias with overall sentiments turning sanguine in Nifty
