Bollywood star John Abraham, who last appeared in Pagalpanti last year and is due to be seen in several upcoming movies like Satyameva Jayate 2, Attack and Mumbai Saga, has recently snapped up a brand new BMW S 1000 RR for his enviable collection of motorbikes along with a new Honda CB1000RR-RFireblade which are visible in his new social media post as well.

John Abraham is known for his special obsession with superbikes and performance motorsports and his collection includes the likes of the Ducati Panigale V4, MV Agusta F3 800, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, Yamaha YZF-R1, Aprilia RSV4 RF and Yamaha VMax. The BMW sports a new Black Storm Metallic color while the Honda has what is named as the Matte Pearl Morion Black.

BMW’s S 1000 RR comes with its four cylinder in-line oil/water cooled 999 cc engine that dishes out 203.8 BHP (13500 RPM) and 113 Nm of peak torque (11000 RPM) while having BMW ShiftCam and four titanium valves for every cylinder. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission unit. Paired to a 6-speed transmission unit itself, the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade’s engine gets DOHC liquid cooling while also being a four stroke four cylinder 1000 cc mill that dishes out 214.5 BHP (14500 RPM) and 113 Nm of peak torque (12500 RPM). John Abraham is one of the biggest inspirations for superbike lovers and prospective collectors in India. The country has already seen sales increasing for premier models including the Harley Davidson Street Rod, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Honda CB300R which offer a comparatively affordable entry into the segment.
