Maruti Suzuki India rises on increasing price of EECO
Maruti Suzuki India is currently trading at Rs. 7158.15, up by 11.45 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 7146.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 7146.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7251.85 and Rs. 7100.00 respectively. So far 15767 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 8400.00 on 13-Jan-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6301.20 on 24-Feb-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 7898.25 and Rs. 6991.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 217257.49 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.37%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.50% and 5.13% respectively.
Maruti Suzuki India has increased the price of EECO (all non-Cargo variants) owing to introduction of Passenger Airbag. The company has increased the price by Rs 8000 on the above model. The new price is effective from November 30, 2021.
