LIC Housing Finance gains on reporting 25% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

LIC Housing Finance has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022. The company has reported a rise of 23.04% in its net profit at Rs 304.97 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 247.86 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 8.00% at Rs 5092.02 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 4715.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 24.65% in its net profit at Rs 311.44 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 249.86 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 8.01% at Rs 5101.40 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 4722.93 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
