Knight Frank India bags prestigious International Property Awards – Asia Pacific 2021 – 22, judged ‘Best Real Estate Agency

Mumbai, 03 June, 2021: Knight Frank India, the country’s leading international property consultant, has emerged as best real estate service providers in India at the International Property Awards – Asia Pacific 2021 - 22. Declared the ‘Best Real Estate Agency Single Office India’ in a recently concluded ceremony, this is Knight Frank India’s first win at awards.

The award judges its nominees on parameters of its excellence in property marketing and transactions capabilities. In a fiercely competitive environment, it recognises those that provide value to its customers upholding their interests. This is an achievement which is recognised as a mark of excellence for property professionals amongst the region and indeed globally

Asia Pacific Property Awards is a part of the prestigious International Property Awards that celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. Judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, the panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. Judges focus on a firm’s approach to design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The Awards are in their 28th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. These will be celebrated at gala presentation events in Bangkok, London and Toronto during the course of the year
