JM Financial Mutual Fund announces Change in Risk-o-meters

JM Financial Mutual Fund (MF) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of JM Dynamic Bond Fund & JM Overnight Fund (Schemes) of JM Financial MF

Pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, the Product Labelling (Risk-o-meter) of the Scheme stands revised as Follows: For the JM Dynamic Bond Fund, Existing risk-o-meter is Low to Moderate, while Revised risk-o-meter is Moderate. For the JM Overnight Fund, Existing risk-o-meter is Low, while Revised risk-o-meter is Low to Moderate.

All the other provisions in the SID and KIM of the aforesaid Scheme shall remain unchanged.
