Invesco Asset Management (India) announces Change in Risk-o-meter under Corporate Bond Fund & Short Term Fund

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that Pursuant to SEBI Circular vide reference no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020 regarding Product Labeling in Mutual Fund schemes - the Risk-o-meter of Invesco India Corporate Bond Fund (an open-ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds with relatively high interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk) and Invesco India Short Term Fund (an open ended short term debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 1 year to 3 years with moderate interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk) of Mutual Fund shall stand revised from Existing ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’. The above changes in Risk-o-meter are based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s portfolio as on April 30, 2023 and is applicable with immediate effect.

All other terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID / KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes as amended from time to time.
