International Conveyors climbs on acquiring additional stake in BSE

International Conveyors is currently trading at Rs. 86.65, up by 5.27 points or 6.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 81.38 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 81.49 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 86.75 and Rs. 78.10 respectively. So far 188641 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 86.75 on 25-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.00 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 86.75 and Rs. 70.01 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 543.47 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.07% and 29.28% respectively.

International Conveyors has acquired additional 1,08,023 equity shares of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on August 24, 2023. The company has acquired shares for investment purpose. Cost of acquisition is Rs 10 crore. Total holding after current acquisition is 1,43,846 equity share. 

International Conveyors (ICL) is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing solid woven carcass reinforced fire retardant antistatic (FRAS) PVC Conveyor Belting in segment explosive fire hazardous underground mine application.
