IndiGo moves up on getting approval from DGCA to operate flight services to Nairobi

Interglobe Aviation is currently trading at Rs. 2357.50, up by 18.70 points or 0.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 2338.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2360.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2366.40 and Rs. 2350.00 respectively. So far 6408 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2488.00 on 09-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1513.30 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2488.00 and Rs. 2331.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 91114.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.93% and 2.21% respectively.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) has been granted permission by Aviation safety regulator the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to operate its flight services to Nairobi in Kenya. This would be the Gurugram-based airline's first foray into the vast African region.
IndiGo had in February this year announced its plans to launch air services to Nairobi, Jakarta and some Central Asian Countries as part of its international expansion plans amid increasing competition.

InterGlobe Aviation provides air transportation services in India and internationally. The company primarily operates IndiGo passenger airline.
