ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has informed that the Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC), Investment Manager to the schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Mutual Fund) and ICICI Prudential Trust, Trustees to the Mutual Fund, have approved the merger of the following schemes: ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 84 - 1272 Days Plan Q, ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 84 - 1279 Days Plan P, ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 84 - 1288 Days Plan O, ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 84 - 1254 Days Plan U, and ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 84 - 1247 Days Plan W. Name of the Surviving Scheme: ICICI Prudential Money Market Fund.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its communication dated April 12, 2022 has accorded its no-objection to the aforesaid mergers. Details regarding the same as enclosed.
