ICICI Pru AMC announces Change in Risk-o-meters under various schemes
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced changes in Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020 with respect to Product Labeling in Mutual Fund schemes- the Risk-o-meters of the following schemes of MF stands revised as follows: For the ICICI Prudential Credit Risk Fund, Revised risk-o-meter will be Moderately High. For the ICICI Prudential Income Optimizer Fund (FOF), ICICI Prudential All Seasons Bond Fund &ICICI Prudential Gilt Fund, Revised risk-o-meter will be Moderate. For the ICICI Prudential Banking & PSU Debt Fund, Revised risk-o-meter will be Low to Moderate and For the ICICI Prudential Housing Opportunities Fund, Revised risk-o-meter will be Very High.
All the other provisions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
