HDFC Asset Management Company is currently trading at Rs. 1796.35, up by 35.35 points or 2.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 1761.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1784.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1798.65 and Rs. 1745.00 respectively. So far 22015 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3363.00 on 09-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1752.05 on 16-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1940.00 and Rs. 1745.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 38051.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.44% and 11.75% respectively.

HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC), the investment manager to HDFC Mutual Fund, has signed Agreement with NSE Academy (NAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). NAL collaborates with HDFC Mutual Fund to launch first-of-its-kind program namely ‘Invest-verse: An Introduction to the World of Investing’.

The program shall be offered to college students across India. It is often seen that investing habits inculcated in the youth have a significant impact on investor’s wealth creation in the long run and consequently, the importance of financial awareness among youth cannot be emphasized enough. Against this backdrop, this collaboration is driven by the mission to equip college students with foundational knowledge of personal finance and investing.

This initiative will help to reach the next wave of first-time investors through a holistic 9-hour course, which will also be made available on HDFC Mutual Fund’s MFBytes application. The programs will be delivered through online and an application based training that will be co-certified by both the institutions.
