Gujarat Fluorochemicals shines on incorporating two wholly owned Subsidiary companies

Gujarat Fluorochemicals is currently trading at Rs. 2380.90, up by 79.95 points or 3.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 2300.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2332.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2412.55 and Rs. 2324.00 respectively. So far 8175 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2547.20 on 06-Dec-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 525.00 on 22-Feb-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2412.55 and Rs. 2180.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 26084.98 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.48% and 24.87% respectively.

Gujarat Fluorochemicals has incorporated two wholly owned Subsidiary Companies. The names of Subsidiary Companies are GFCL Solar and Green Hydrogen Products and Gujarat Fluorochemicals FZE.

Gujarat Fluorochemicals is engaged in manufacturing and trading of refrigerant gases, caustic soda, chloromethane, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), fluoropolymers, fluoromonomers, specialty fluorointermediates, specialty chemicals and allied activities. The Company caters to both domestic and international markets.
