The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 12.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.08 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 44.98 per cent at Rs 560.95 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 386.91 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.91 per cent to Rs 532.21 crore from Rs 367.27 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 27.03 per cent at Rs 1.88 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 1.48 crore). Operating Profit surged by 46.41 per cent to Rs 28.74 crore as against Rs 19.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.99 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 102.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 600.00 per cent at Rs 3.29 crore (Mar'21 Rs 0.47 crore).
