Godrej Properties jumps on achieving sales of Rs 1,650 crore within a year of launch Godrej Woods project in Noida

Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 1579.80, up by 53.05 points or 3.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 1526.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1559.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1582.00 and Rs. 1548.35 respectively. So far 26551 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2598.00 on 14-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1200.10 on 06-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1586.00 and Rs. 1463.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 42441.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.94% and 7.63% respectively.
Godrej Properties (GPL) has sold 855 homes worth Rs 1,650 crore within a year of the launch of their project, Godrej Woods in Noida in March 2021. This includes sales of 509 crore in March 2021 and sales of 1141 crore in FY 22 YTD.
