Godrej Agrovet is currently trading at Rs. 487.00, up by 6.10 points or 1.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 480.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 483.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 490.10 and Rs. 483.90 respectively. So far 886 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 592.80 on 28-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 441.00 on 31-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 498.00 and Rs. 480.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9376.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.81% and 19.13% respectively.

Godrej Agrovet has entered into two sale deeds dated on December 12, 2022 for transfer of total land admeasuring around 3.92 acres situated at Ambattur, Tamil Nadu for a total consideration of around Rs 71.36 crore. The company has entered into Sale Deeds with Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Company (G&B) and Minerva Veritas Data Centre.

Godrej Agrovet is a diversified, research and development focused agribusiness company with operations across five business verticals i.e. animal feed, crop protection, oil palm, dairy, and poultry and processed foods.
