GR Infraprojects shines as its arm executes concession agreement with NHLML

GR Infraprojects’ wholly owned subsidiary -- GR Logistics Park (Indore) has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Logistics Management (NHLML) on June 19, 2023 for the project of Development, Operation and Maintenance of Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) Indore near Pithampur, in Dhar District in the State of Madhya Pradesh through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis. The bid project cost is Rs 758.10 crore. Completion period of the project is 2 years from appointed date and operation period is 45 years from the appointed date.
