FIIs stood as net seller in equities as per July 09 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net seller in equity segment, while net buyer in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5295.98 crore against gross selling of Rs 5936.79 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 640.81 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 424.56 crore with gross sales of Rs 322.98 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 101.58 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 20.01 crore against gross selling of Rs 14.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 5.80 crore in hybrid segment.
