FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 21 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8742.49 crore against gross selling of Rs 7055.17 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1687.32 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 366.94 crore against gross selling of Rs 740.50 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 373.56 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 33.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 77.42 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 44.04 crore in hybrid segment.
