FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per March 23 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9868.55 crore against gross selling of Rs 9143.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 724.75 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1172.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 696.89 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 476.01 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 62.93 crore against gross selling of Rs 68.54 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5.61 crore in hybrid segment.
