FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 29 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11306.05 crore against gross selling of Rs 8830.04 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2476.01 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 504.02 crore with gross sales of Rs 292.43 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 211.59 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11.92 crore against gross selling of Rs 15.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3.35 crore in hybrid segment.
