FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 25 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equity segment and net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7410.77 crore against gross selling of Rs 7242.72 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 168.05 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 561.95 crore against gross selling of Rs 874.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 313.02 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3.71 crore against gross selling of Rs 5.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.36 crore in hybrid segment.
