FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 11 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10705.74 crore against gross selling of Rs 8250.75 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2454.99 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 893.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 182.19 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 711.61 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.47 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.63 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.67 crore in hybrid segment.
