FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per March 19 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyer equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8154.54 crore against gross selling of Rs 6840.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 1314.19 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 499.13 crore with gross sales of Rs 807.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 308.79 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11.46 crore against gross selling of Rs 20.87 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 9.41 crore in hybrid segment.
