FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per June 09 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9825.56 crore against gross selling of Rs 5986.55 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 3839.01 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 658.17 crore with gross sales of Rs 899.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 240.95 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8.82 crore against gross selling of Rs 15.52 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 6.70 crore in hybrid segment.
