FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per February 17 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment and net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7784.01 crore against gross selling of Rs 5571.89 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 2212.12 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 725.30 crore with gross sales of Rs 1595.69 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 870.39 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13.91 crore against gross selling of Rs 114.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 100.29 crore in hybrid segment
