Equitas Small Finance Bank shines on logging 19% growth in total deposits in Q1FY23

Equitas Small Finance Bank has posted 19% growth in total deposits at Rs 20,386 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022 (Q1FY23) as compared to Rs 17,095 crore in Q1FY22. On a quarterly basis, the deposits were up 8% from Rs 18,951 crore as of March 2022.
The disbursements for the quarter jumped over two-times to Rs 3,238 crore, from Rs 1,265 crore in April-June quarter of FY22. CASA Ratio stood at 51.74% as of June 30, 2022 as compared to 52% as of March 31, 2022. CASA Deposits stood at Rs 10,548 crore as of June 30, 2022, posting a 55% rise in year-on-year (YoY) terms against Rs 6,793 crore as of June 30, 2021.
Gross Advances stood at Rs 21,699 crore as of June 30, 2022, posting a 22% rise in year-on-year against Rs 17,837 crore as of June 30, 2021 and 5% growth in quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs 20,597 crore in in March 2022.
