Barbeque-Nation Hospitality is currently trading at Rs. 620.70, up by 3.30 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 617.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 620.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 629.25 and Rs. 614.00 respectively. So far 1568 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1269.55 on 02-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 592.65 on 29-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 651.00 and Rs. 611.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2443.00 crore.

Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has received approval for further acquisition of 275 Equity Shares constituting 4.21% Paid-up Share Capital, having face value of Rs 100 each, of Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy (Red Apple), Subsidiary of the Company, through secondary acquisition i.e., from the existing Shareholders of Red Apple for a total consideration of Rs 10.06 crore.
