Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has informed that the Fund Management responsibilities of the following schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (ABSLMF) will be re-assigned with effect from Friday, February 17, 2023: Aditya Birla Sun Life Equity Hybrid '95 Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Business Cycle Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Equity Advantage Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Multi-Cap Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Regular Savings Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life ESG Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Special Opportunities Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life PSU Equity Fund, and Aditya Birla Sun Life MNC Fund. New Fund Manager(s) of the above-mentioned schemes are attached in addendum No. 06/2023. Dhaval Joshi is the dedicated fund manager for making overseas investments for all the above schemes.
In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in the SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes. All other features and terms & conditions of SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes shall remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM read with the Addenda issued thereunder.
