Adani Enterprises hits new 52-week high on incorporating two wholly owned subsidiaries

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2068.10, up by 23.85 points or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 2044.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2058.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2073.60 and Rs. 2032.15 respectively. So far 74050 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2,073.60 on 04-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1051.40 on 13-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2,073.60 and Rs. 1850.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 226769.84 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.21% and 2.87% respectively.

Adani Enterprises has incorporated two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries on March 31, 2022. The company has incorporated Bengal Tech Park (BTPL), with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 1,00,000 each, to develop 8- establish an Integrated Data Center Park and Technology/ Business Park and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. BTPL will commence its business operations in due course.

Besides, the company has incorporated Adani Copper Tubes (ACTL), with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 10,00,000 each, to carry on trading and manufacturing of different types of tubes, pipes, fins, foils, condensers made from copper, aluminum, copper alloys and aluminum alloys and sales thereof and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. ACTL will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
