Adani Enterprises gains as its JV incorporates wholly owned subsidiary
Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 3995.55, up by 16.45 points or 0.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 3979.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 3994.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4002.00 and Rs. 3973.00 respectively. So far 7957 shares were traded on the counter.

Adani Enterprises’ joint venture (JV) -- AdaniConnex has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely, DC Development Noida Two (DCDNTL), with an initial authorized and paid-up share capital of Rs 1 lakh each, to, inter-alia, undertake business to develop, operate, maintain, deal with data centers, Information Technology (IT) / Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) / Cloud, providing services related thereto and to undertake activities associated with its infrastructure development including land acquisition & development for the said purpose. DCDNTL will commence its business operations in due course. AdaniConneX is joint venture of Adani Enterprises with EdgeConneX.
