63 Moons Technologies is locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 159.10, up by 7.55 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 151.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 158.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 159.10 and Rs. 152.65 respectively. So far 6355 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 373.70 on 18-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 87.60 on 23-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 171.50 and Rs. 144.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 733.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.52% and 48.85 % respectively.

63 Moons Technologies’ subsidiary company – Tickerplant has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely ‘3.0Verse’ in Mumbai, India and consequently ‘3.0Verse’ has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company effective June 21, 2022. Tickerplant has incorporated 3.0 Verse as its wholly owned subsidiary with the objective of business development for its Web 3.0 Ecosystem Solutions.
