3i Infotech rises as its arm bags purchase order worth Rs 2.21 crore

3I Infotech is currently trading at Rs. 12.89, up by 0.07 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.82 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 12.61 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.29 and Rs. 12.61 respectively. So far 377987 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 25.98 on 11-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 12.61 on 16-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 15.10 and Rs. 12.61 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 265.48 crore.

3i Infotech’s material wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- 3i Infotech Inc. USA has received a purchase order from a new customer who is an international enterprise engaged in providing AI-enabled solutions and services to researchers, publishers, academic institutions, and government research bodies worldwide.

The engagement involves providing AWS Cloud Billing Services under a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) model, enabling the client to efficiently manage and optimize its cloud consumption and billing operations. Under this engagement, the company will support the client’s cloud operations by delivering cloud billing management services aligned with enterprise cloud consumption requirements. The total value of the purchase order is approximately Rs 2.21 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes).
