The engagement involves providing infrastructure management services, onsite FMS support, endpoint support, asset management, data centre operations, disaster recovery operations, server administration, database administration, network security administration, network administration, and end-user support services.
Under this renewed engagement, 3i Infotech will continue to support NCDEX’s technology operations through managed infrastructure services, enabling service continuity, operational resilience, and reliable support across critical technology environments. The total value of the purchase order is around Rs 14.71 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes).
