Shares of Cyient, a leading software development form, surged over 7 per cent, hitting 52-week high, on the Bombay Stock Exchange after the company reported revenue and operating margin in line with market expectations. The company’s revenue grew 1.9 per cent Q-o-Q to Rs 9.83 billion in December quarter, while operating margin sustained at 14.6 per cent on sequential basis. Driven by Q3, stocks of the company gained as much 7.09 per cent to touch 52-week high of Rs 622.15 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
In a similar fashion, shares of the firm were trading 4.48 per cent higher at Rs 607.60 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the broader benchmark BSE Sensex was trading at 35,400.98, up 140.69 points, or 0.40 per cent, at 11:05 hours.
