Suzlon Energy posts Q3 net loss of Rs 229.22 cr
The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 229.22 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1045.70 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 752.88 per cent at Rs 422.26 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 50.52 per cent to Rs 452.08 crore from Rs 300.34 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 39.65 per cent at Rs 15.33 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 25.40 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 96.66 per cent to Rs -7.76 crore as against Rs -232.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 99.61 per cent in December quarter. Interest declined by 46.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 197.76 crore
