FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 18 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs10630.31 crore against gross selling of Rs 6322.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 4308.13 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 456.17 crore against gross selling of Rs 442.66 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 13.51 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7.64 crore against gross selling of Rs 6.36 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1.28 crore in hybrid segment.
