ITI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.
ITI Mutual Fund had informed that pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, the Risk-o-meter of the below-mentioned schemes of ITI Mutual Fund (the Fund) shall stand revised. Risk-o-meter of ITI Dynamic Bond Fund is changed from existing ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’, While risk-o-meter of ITI Liquid Fund is revised from existing ‘Low to moderate’ to ‘Low’.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
