The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 110.17 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 9.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1058.46 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 63.28 per cent at Rs 524.00 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 320.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.13 per cent to Rs 368.74 crore from Rs 294.68 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 40.46 per cent at Rs 9.79 crore versus (Sep'20 Rs 6.97 crore). Operating Profit surged by 491.50 per cent to Rs 155.27 crore as against Rs 26.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 262.22 per cent in September quarter. Interest declined by 29.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 4928.77 per cent at Rs 36.71 crore (Sep'20 Rs 0.73 crore).
