Arvind Smartspaces is currently trading at Rs. 345.55, up by 2.45 points or 0.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 343.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 345.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 353.75 and Rs. 344.60 respectively. So far 3665 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 415.25 on 01-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 225.00 on 20-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 361.00 and Rs. 335.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1554.65 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.46% and 37.11% respectively.

Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) has signed a new residential apartment project in Bengaluru, with a total estimated saleable area of 4.6 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of Rs 400 crore. This project is located in Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru. The project is acquired on an outright basis under the HDFC Platform 2.

Bannerghatta is the fastest growing residential micro market located in the southern part of Bengaluru on SH87. It has excellent connectivity to the Bannerghatta Main Road, IT/ITES belt in Electronic City and hosts numerous IT companies and Tech Parks. The site is in close proximity to extremely well-developed social and civic infrastructure with multiple schools, hospitals, retail, residential, and commercial spaces in close proximity. In addition, it is located close to picturesque hotspots MM Hills, The Bannerghatta National Park, St. Marks Cathedral, the Pearl Valley, ISKON Temple, Meenakshi Mall etc.
