OUTLOOK - USDINR

Rupee opened 8 paise up at 73.22, from its previous close against the US dollar and it finally closed a net 12 paise lower at 73.42 yesterday. USDINR had gained as far as the intraday high of 73.20 and fell to an intraday low of 73.42. The dollar index which compares the strength of the dollar against 6 major currencies rose by 0.13% and closed at 92.71. Brent crude futures rose 2.37% to trade at $63.62/barrel. USDINR near futures are at 73.6650 with the next support seen at 73.4900 and next resistance seen at 73.7700 ahead of market opening today.
