* The BSE Sensex ended at 61,350.26 up by 383.21 points or 0.63% after trading in a range of 61,497.71 and 60,791.29. There were 20 stocks advancing and 10 stocks declining on the index.

* The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 1.75%, and Small cap index was up by 2.20%.

* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Realty was up by 3.40%, Oil & Gas was up by 1.16%, Utilities was up by 0.76%, Capital Goods was up by 0.86%, Energy was up by 1.87%, Telecom was up by 0.60%, and FMCG was up by 0.97%, were top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were TATA Steel was up by 3.92%, Titan was up by 3.20%, Nestle India was up by 2.91%, Bajaj Finance was up by 2.68%, and Tech Mahindra was up by 2.53%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were Indusind Bank was down by 1.92%, ICICI Bank was down by 1.43%, Hindustan Unilever was down by 0.80%, Power Grid was down by 0.78%, and Dr. Reddy was down by 0.43%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 18,257.60 up by 132.20 points or 0.73% after trading in a range of 18,310.45 and 18,099.30. There were 39 stocks advancing and 11 stocks declining.
