FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per July 29 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity segment and net buyer in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6882.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 9325.85 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2442.96 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 725.61 crore with gross sales of Rs 410.38 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 315.23 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8.62 crore against gross selling of Rs 14.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5.83 crore in hybrid segment.
