Tata Steel gains on raising daily oxygen supply to 600 tonnes

Tata Steel is currently trading at Rs. 952.10, up by 11.70 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 940.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 949.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 952.50 and Rs. 944.40 respectively. So far 73277 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 956.15 on 26-Apr-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 262.55 on 18-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 956.15 and Rs. 882.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 113235.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 43.72% and 20.79% respectively.

Tata Steel has increased its daily oxygen supply limit to 600 tonne a day to health centres for the treatment of COVID-19 patients. Earlier, the company was supplying 300 tonne of Liquid medical oxygen (LMO) daily to various states.
